I've been to a few events here and I've never been disappointed. Staff is always courteous. While not always free, ample parking is located within walking distance. Have fun.
I loved the Banksyland exhibit but there were so many people that it was chaotic. The tickets are sold in time slots to make sure it isn’t too crowded but we arrived at our 2:30 time slot, there was a long line; all with a 2:30 entrance time. There were so many people it was difficult to enjoy the art. The way the art was presented had no crowd flow at all. I loved the exhibit but did not enjoy this event space. When we left, there was no line but it was still packed inside.

Great open space venue. I saw a lucha match here and can imagine a lot of events transforming this space for their needs.
If you’re still sober, you’ll notice bar staff tipping themselves $10 extra at the treehaus event. Tried two different transactions, same drinks, BUT asked for a receipt the second time. Went from $27 to under $18. Talked to management and they fixed it, which I really appreciate!
